We will be creating a client portal for you so you can easily view files and revisions. We will communicate via phone and email pre- and post-VIP Day & Design Week. Communication on the VIP Day & Design week will take place via phone and Messenger. If you have an alternate work schedule or differing time zones please let me know and we will do our best to accommodate.

We require project assets 9 days prior to our VIP Day. This includes website copy and professional photos optimized for your website before we proceed with the VIP Day. We provide a detailed workbook to guide you through the requirements. Any delay in submitting these will cause the project to be rescheduled. Note that our rescheduling fee is $500.

Pay 50% deposit to schedule and hold your VIP Day. Pay the remaining 50% balance on your VIP Day.

Minimum Requirement:

Squarespace Business Plan = $33 monthly or $276 annually (30% savings). Depending on your desired website functionality, you may choose a higher level and/or additional features. *Squarespace pricing may change without notice

**Discounts on a new Squarespace subscription may apply up to a 20% discount on the first month or year

New Domains: I recommend you purchase new domains through Squarespace for ease of management but is not required. Typical costs are $20 annually per domain for new domains. The actual cost does depend on your specific desired extension and may be upwards of $60 annually. Additional discounts on new domains may apply with a new annual Squarespace subscription.Please discuss options for purchasing a new domain first, prior to doing so for your new project. Newly purchased domains can not be transferred for 60 days. 

Existing Domains: You may redirect or transfer a domain to point to your new website. Typically redirects occur within 72 hours. However, this is not guaranteed and there may be limitations depending on the purchase date of the domain and any previous transfer dates. 

If desired a business email account through Google Workspace may be set up for a cost of $72 annually. **Discounts on new Google Workspace accounts may apply with a new annual Squarespace subscription.
