BE PART OF OUR STORY
BUILDING BUSINESSES, EDUCATING HUMANS, FINDING FREEDOM
We craft timeless brands, create modern accessible and responsive websites, and configure impactful and experiential courses your student’s can’t wait to complete.
The Short Story
We are lifelong hospitality specialists, homeschoolers, and adventure seekers. We’ve traveled the country and the globe, experiencing everything from the bustling metropolitan life, to the solitary existence where your closest neighbor is several miles down the dirt road and so many in between. We love Jesus and follow the winding path he’s led us on, inviting people along the way by opening our doors to strangers and going out of the way to make others feel loved. Most days you’ll find us laughing or crying, packing, unpacking or planning our next move. We try to be an example to our kids, acquaintances, and friends of being kind, authentic, and full of grace because that is what we all really need.
Who We Work With
We’ve worked with so many beautiful businesses and individuals over the years across many industries. A boutique bakery and restauranteurs. Professional chefs turned entrepreneurs, and a farm girl turned poet. A golf course plus wedding venue and a community library system. Mompreneurs focused on systems and tech and other’s focused on their artistry and creative pursuits. Most recently an award winning interior designer. We’ve helped people from Idaho, Santa Fe, Florida, Minnesota, Texas, Montana and California. We’ve helped people in small town and cities navigate getting themselves and their business online. We collaborate and inspire.
What’s In A Name?
We’ve faced many struggles as we’ve navigated this life. One that has been behind many of the decisions we’ve made is our low vision issues. Ben has a genetic disorder he’s dealt with since his teenage years, Brenda’s a sudden stroke in one eye that caused immediate and irreversible partial vision loss. We wanted to encapsulate the drive to be resilient despite life’s challenges, thus Sisu.

Sisu
/ˈsiːsuː/
Extraordinary determination in the face of extreme adversity and courage that is presented typically in situations where success is unlikely. It expresses itself in taking action against the odds and displaying courage and resoluteness in the face of adversity. (Essentially grit.)
What We’re Passionate About
✦ Empowering Business Owners
We want you to succeed in your endeavors. We’ll help set you up with professional designs + systems set up & advice. Finally we will hand over control of your online presence with personalized training designed to teach you how to update and manage your own systems and website.
✦ Homeschooling
We’ve been homeschooling for over a decade now. It’s allowed our family freedom to move all over the country, have a flexible schedule that we can match to Ben’s working schedule so he still gets to be a part of our kids lives daily. I am especially excited to encourage and provide resources for this wild ride of entrepreneurial & homeschooling journey.
✦ Teaching the Next Generation
We are working on creating courses to serve and build up future generations and provide a legacy for our kids. We’ve been actively teaching our skills to our own family and are in the beginning stages of what it would look like to create resources for the greater community.
✦ Experiencing New Places
This world abound in incredible landscapes and has such diversity in it’s peoples and cultures. Everywhere we’ve lived and traveled has opened our eyes to the majesty of it all. Beautiful people and beautiful places. We’re incredibly grateful to all the wonder’s we’ve seen and the truly amazing humans we’ve met and now call friends.
